Natalia Voutova

Natalia Voutova has an MSc in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and
Political Science (LSE) and for several years has been using behavioural science for prevention and fight against discrimination, domestic violence, and benevolent sexism as a way to fight stigma and attitudes. She uses applied theatre in this context.
Currently Natalia Voutova is the Head of CoE Office in Georgia. She has extensive experience
working for international organisations on human rights and legal policies in in Armenia, Bosnia-
Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
Natalia also worked for Médecins sans Frontières (Doctors without Borders) in Chechnya during the first conflict (1995) gathering information on human rights violations and coordinating the delivery of medical and humanitarian assistance.
She has wide knowledge and experience related to international humanitarian law. She also holds a MA degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridsky”, a MA degree in International and European Law from Pantheon-Assas University (Paris II), an a LLM in Human
Rights from University of Strasbourg.
