Zurab Dzindzibadze

Zurab heads the AI Lab at Bank of Georgia, which focuses on developing advanced Speech Recognition models and enhancing natural language processing capabilities, particularly for the Georgian language. The group's work has led to automating over one-third of BoG customer chat requests via an AI chatbot, as well as transcribing customer calls and making them accessible for automated analysis, which has enormous potential for operational efficiency.

Zurab holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Tbilisi State University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Cyber Security at the Northern Kentucky University.
