Ana Mikadze

Ana is a Program Officer at the International Republican Institute (IRI), where she currently leads the development of the Election Compass Georgia, an online tool designed to help voters understand where they stand on key policy issues and then find the political party that best matches their preferences.

Ana is a Fulbright scholar and holds a Master's degree in data analytics for public policy. She is passionate about using data-driven and evidence-based approaches to deliver impactful policy solutions.
